This notice applies to use of the borgyogyasz.at website, contact by email and telephone, and online appointment booking available through the Minup system.

The clinic will provide information during care on the detailed rules governing the processing of medical records created in the course of healthcare and related data processing.

Website Use

Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, page opened, and the time of the visit, may be generated in connection with the operation of web hosting and the browser. This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Contacting Us

When you contact us by email or telephone, your name, contact details, and information provided in your enquiry are processed to answer your question, arrange an appointment, and take steps prior to a possible contract. The legal basis for processing is taking steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract and the clinic's legitimate interest.

Online Appointment Booking

The online booking interface operates through the Minup system. Data provided during booking, in particular the name, email address, telephone number, selected service, and time, are necessary to arrange the appointment and stay in contact with the data subject. The legal basis for processing is a step taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract and performance of the resulting healthcare relationship.

Please provide only data necessary for the booking in the notes field of the booking interface. Health data are special categories of personal data and may be processed only to the extent necessary to provide healthcare.

4. Data Retention

Enquiries and booking data are retained only for the period necessary to make contact, arrange the appointment, and manage possible legal claims. The retention of documentation created in the course of healthcare is governed by the applicable healthcare and accounting legislation.

5. Processors and Data Transfers

The data controller may use service providers for operation of the website, online booking, and technical operation. Data may be accessed only by persons and service providers who require access to perform their duties.

  • The website's hosting and technical operator may process the technical data necessary to make the website available.
  • Minup is the technical provider of the online appointment booking interface; processing performed on this interface may also be subject to Minup's own notice.
  • Where required by law or in response to an authority's request, the data controller is entitled or obliged to transfer the necessary data.
